Chef Chevalier provided a lovely contribution of food, drink, and service for our US Ski team reception, it was a gold medal production. There were three gold medalist, the CEO of the USSA, and over fifty in attendance. All complimented not only by the outstanding quality of the foods, but how very appropriate they were to the evening. A delightful evening, delicious food and European service.
